The Well

I am the Well

That contains the water of pure Truth,

The nourishment of pure Wisdom,

To which any may come,

Drink as much or as little as they want,

Stay for as long or as little as is their wont,

Come and go as they please.

I am the Well

Around which those who seek,

Who thirst,

Who hunger

Will gather,

For they will find what they seek

Not just in me

But in each other.

And they will find that which will quench their thirst,

And assuage their hunger,

Not just in me

But in each other.

And they will learn

That they, too, are Wells

That contain the water of pure Truth,

The nourishment of pure Wisdom.
